Tennis Court, Basketball Court and Playground Rules

Hours of Operation: Dawn to Dusk for all facilities
The recreation areas are for the usage of Woodlawn HOA members and their guests only.
A member must accompany all guests. An access card is required for the Tennis and Basketball Court.
Please do not leave the gate open.
Children should be supervised at all times by a parent or adult.

Tennis Court Rules
- Play is limited to one hour
if someone is waiting to use the court.
- Proper attire is required at all times, including smooth soled tennis shoes.
- Proper tennis etiquette should be observed at all times.
- GLASS of any sort is NOT ALLOWED on the court.
- Skateboards, bicycles, or roller blades are NOT permitted on the courts.
- Please use trash receptacles properly.
- Misuse of the facility will result in loss of court privileges.

Basketball Court Rules
- Play is limited to 30 minutes if someone is waiting to use the court.
- Proper attire including smooth soled shoes should be worn at all times.
- Skateboards, bicycles, or roller blades are NOT permitted on the courts.
- GLASS of any sort is NOT ALLOWED on the court.
- Please use trash receptacles properly.
- Misuse of the facility will result in loss of court privileges.
- Foul or improper language should not be used at any time.

Playground Area
- This area is for use by children under the age of 12 years old.
- Children under 10 years of age should be supervised at all times.
- It is recommended that "slick" bottom shoes not be worn while on the play equipment.
- It is recommended that children not wear necklaces or excessive jewelry while on the play equipment to reduce accidental injury.
- Please use the trash receptacle properly. Do not leave food or beverages in the area.
- Smoking is prohibited within the playground area due to the wood carpet.
- Pets are NOT allowed inside the playground area.
- Misuse of the facility will result in loss of privileges.
HOW TO ENFORCE THE RULES
Approach the person in a polite manner and try to resolve the problem in a neighborly way.
Most conflicts can be resolved in this manner.
Report any violations of these rules to PPM.
Parents will be notified if a violation is
reported involving your child and your access card may be deactivated.
THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE FOR THE SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT OF EVERYONE IN THE WOODLAWN COMMUNITY.
