Daycare Needed

Hi everyone, I am going to be returning back to work at the end of Sept and will be looking for childcare for my now 3 mo old son who will be almost 5 months when the care starts. Ideally I am looking for a stay at home mom, retiree or grandma that would like some baby time and extra money! Preferably the individual will have experience with children who have special needs (my son has Down Syndrome). I will need care M-F, 7-5pm and am willing to pay more for care in my home, however am happy to bring him to your home if that is easier for you.
